Looking back as the founder of Bo Kong Vegetarian Restaurant in 1992, I never would have imagined that my will is going stronger than ever, after 25 years, in promoting a more responsible eating habit, one that respects the sanctity of life and one that preserves the beauty of the home we all share.....our blue planet.   



Working alongside Ken for many years, I obviously share Ken's beliefs on the merits of a vegetarian diet. To complement his mission, my vision is to create innovative recipes and deliver quality food to show that vegetarian dishes can be both delicious and nutritious. 



Going to work is like going to our second home. Adding to the homey atmosphere is the warmth and friendliness extended to us by the guests, many of whom have been long time patrons of Bo Kong. We strive to make our guests' dinning experience pleasurable and delightful.
